II. Services Provided

VS Staffing LLC provides virtual assistant and business support services as agreed upon during consultation meetings and outlined in invoices.

III. Payment Terms

• All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. • Payments must be made via the approved payment methods specified in the invoice. • Failure to complete payment may result in service delays or termination.

IV. No Refund Policy

• All payments made to VS Staffing LLC are final and non-refundable. • Clients acknowledge and agree to this policy before making a payment, either through a signed agreement or written confirmation via email. • Disputes regarding services must be communicated before payment is made.

V. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

• Filing a chargeback after receiving services is a violation of this agreement.
• If a chargeback is initiated, VS Staffing LLC will submit the signed agreement, email confirmations, and proof of services rendered as evidence to dispute the chargeback.
• Additional legal action may be taken to recover any disputed amounts.

VI. Service Agreement & Acknowledgment

• Before payment, clients are required to review and acknowledge these terms. • Written acknowledgment (via email or signed contract) will serve as proof of agreement.
